IS SEEKING TO IMMEDIATELY HIRE UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS FOR THE CITY OF OAKLAND, CA . POSITION DETAILS STARTING RATE

$22.00

HR SHIFT:

Morning 8am-6pm.

DAYS:

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, PERKS OF WORKING WITH AGS!

WEEKLY

PAY FULL TIME EMPLOYEES CAN BE PROVIDED BENEFIT SUCH AS MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND VISION AFTER 90 DAYS!

TIME/PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH DIRECT DEPOSIT/DEBIT CARDS PROVIDED COMPANY PROVIDED UNIFORM RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Observe and report any irregularities at the assigned post Inform violators of policies and procedures in a professional manner Secure premises by patrolling the property on foot Conduct hourly foot patrols and maintain high visibility on post Monitor access control points and gate operations as assigned Enforce parking and property rules as directed Communicate with Dispatch and supervisors as required Display professional customer service and communication skills at all times Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports accurately and on time Maintain proper uniform standards and safety vest visibility

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless and mobile technology at client-specific sites Ability to use a mobile phone for reporting and documentation No felony arrests or convictions

REQUIREMENTS

Valid California Guard Card (required) Valid California ID or Driver's License (required) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to conduct hourly foot patrols Basic report writing skills Mobile phone proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience working government contracts, commercial contracts, or in a supervisory role (preferred) Previous security experience preferred but not required Strong observation and situational awareness skills Ability to follow post orders and instructions precisely Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to de-escalate situations calmly and professionally Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to be coached and trained on reporting standards

SPECIFIC POST REQUIREMENTS

Conduct hourly foot patrols and maintain visibility throughout the property Monitor access control points and gate operations Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) with proper detail and photos Report incidents accurately and in a timely manner Enforce parking and property rules as directed Maintain uniform standards and required safety gear Maintain regular communication with Dispatch and supervisory staff
