Job Description

Overview:
IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Event Security Guard to support high-profile events across
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
We are seeking both Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) Reliable Transportation Strong Communication and Professionalism Ability to stand/walk for extended period
Schedule & Availability:
Weekend availability is required Flex Shifts available (part-time and on call) Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs
Compensation:
Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing) Benefits offered to
