Job Summary:

Join our team at Arcade Monsters, a renowned destination location with the greatest lineup of arcade games in San Diego. We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our guests and premises.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the entry/exit points to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure security
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Conduct security checks and enforce regulations to maintain order
• Assist in emergency situations by contacting appropriate authorities
• Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
• Facilitate an inviting and safe atmosphere aligned with Arcade Monsters culture

Qualifications:

• Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
• Experience in surveillance or security-related roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of security procedures is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is desirable
