Employment Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible schedule. We are currently seeking 2-3 professional and reliable Unarmed Security Rovers to join our team. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel between multiple locations throughout San Diego County. The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform security patrols at multiple assigned locations Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations Maintain a visible and professional security presence Provide excellent customer service to clients, residents, and visitors Observe, report, and document incidents accurately Follow company policies and site-specific procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Minimum Requirements:
Valid California Guard Card (Required) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Willingness to travel to multiple locations throughout San Diego County OC certification preferred, but not required Willingness to obtain additional training and certifications as needed
