Job Summary We are seeking energetic and vigilant Uniform Security Guards to join our team in. In this vital role, you will be the frontline protector of our premises, ensuring safety, security, and loss prevention through active surveillance and professional presence. Your proactive approach will help maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Responsibilities Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols to identify suspicious activity or security breaches. Enforce access control protocols by performing thorough background checks on visitors, contractors, and staff before granting entry. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and first aid procedures when necessary. Operate security equipment such as Taser devices, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and perform CPR to assist in emergency situations. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or supplies movement. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident reports to uphold safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with Taser use are preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations professionally. Experience conducting background checks and performing security assessments. Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting when necessary.
