In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, responding swiftly to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. Your expertise in conflict management, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response will be vital in safeguarding our facilities. Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the facility using CCTV systems and physical checkpoints Conduct regular surveillance rounds to identify suspicious activity or security breaches Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills Enforce security policies by inspecting personnel, vehicles, and packages as needed Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism Requirements Proven experience in security, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Strong knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and conflict management protocols Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective teamwork Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond swiftly across the premises for extended periods Familiarity with loss prevention methods and security best practices Join us as an Armed Security Guard and become a vital part of our commitment to creating a safe environment.
