Retail Security Specialist T2

Position Title:

Retail Security/ Loss Prevention (Level 2) Must Be able to move all over San Francisco, South San Francisco, Millbrae , Redwood City and Daly CIty without issue.

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

Provide uniformed security services at our client's retail facilities, while providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high level security services for our retail customers in locations requiring specialized training and experience Enforce retail customer store policies Enforce loss prevention policies Complete detailed incident reports related to security events Maintain the well being of the general public, customers and employees

REQUIREMENTS

MUST

BE ABLE TO READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

Four (4) years minimum of security services experience or Law Enforcement and Military Police training is Accepted. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English in normal, urgent and emergency situations. Demonstrated ability to write detailed incident reports that effectively document all critical facts and actions related to duties being performed. Ability and willingness to complete and pass Triton's proprietary Tier 2 Security Service program. (4 day classroom instruction and training) Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills Demonstrate strong problem solving skills Reliable transportation California Guard Card issued through BSIS Baton Permit OC Certificate Ability to legally work in the US Ability to pass extensive background check, including drug testing. Prolonged standing and walking Ability to work all shifts and weekend/holidays
