As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related awareness. Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unauthorized access, and report maintenance, life support system, and/or property issues to the appropriate personnel. Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering routine questions, and communicating professionally with property management, tenants, and/or first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
