Responsibilities Greet customers and consignors warmly, providing exceptional customer service in multiple languages as needed Assist customers with product inquiries, sales transactions, and store navigation using POS (Point of Sale) systems Manage inventory by receiving, tagging, organizing, and tracking consigned items efficiently Maintain organized displays and ensure the store remains clean, inviting, and well-stocked Process sales accurately using retail math principles to handle cash, credit transactions, and receipts Communicate product features and store policies clearly to enhance customer satisfaction Support organizational tasks such as stock replenishment, record keeping, and updating online listings for e-commerce platforms Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts enhances efficiency in daily operations Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to connect with our diverse customer base Strong organizational skills to manage inventory flow and maintain store presentation standards Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments that incorporate online sales channels is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels vibrant shopping experiences!
