- Corporate Campus Day to supervisor operations such as training new officers, doing post checks, scheduling to make sure the site has zero dark posts. Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards
- capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry Be ready to respond to any operational emergency and insure timely response, timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting Immediate responsibility to direct, supervise, and support shift officers.
Ensure that operational logs, records and post orders are maintained appropriately. Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff Maintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environments Responsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and recommending and participating in other disciplinary decisions up to and including termination. Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Supervise & manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site. Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site. Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Security Shift Supervisor
- Corporate Campus You have a state security license and additional 32hr.
BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years old Must have at minimum two years of recent corporate security supervisor experience Must have an active driver's license Please include your most up to date security supervisor resume Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
