Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and driven by integrity.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points. Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with building personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity. Support daily operations by completing incident reports, providing directions and assistance, and helping to maintain an orderly environment across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
