Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping. Enforce security policies and procedures with professionalism, including conflict management when needed. Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and deterring theft or vandalism. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm protocols. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle emergency situations effectively. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security procedures, loss prevention techniques, and basic law enforcement practices. Excellent observational skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and security responsibilities.
