Mobile Patrol Officer

Responsibilities Conduct regular mobile patrols of designated sites using company vehicles to deter unlawful activity and ensure safety. Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and identify potential security threats. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activities by investigating and taking appropriate action. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or inventory discrepancies and reporting findings accurately. Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to medical emergencies until professional help arrives. Engage with the public, staff, and visitors professionally to manage conflicts and maintain a secure environment. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation for accountability and follow-up actions. Requirements Proven experience or training in law enforcement, security, or military service is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR to effectively respond to medical emergencies. Knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring systems. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Physical fitness to perform patrol duties that involve walking, standing, and vehicle operation for extended periods. Ability to work independently with excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
