Capstone Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security operation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory roles, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service skills. This position is critical to maintaining the safety and security of our clients and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism within our team. This role combines operations management, administrative coordination, technological support, client relations, dispatch oversight, and active field operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is not a traditional "security supervisor" role - it functions as an operational leadership role responsible for maintaining continuity of operations, supporting organizational infrastructure, managing personnel performance, and ensuring operational effectiveness across all assigned areas. Hybrid Schedule:
Field deployment and physical coverage responsibilities Saturday through Monday within a confidential territory assignment, combined with in-office operational management and administrative oversight duties remainder of the work week. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of armed security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Maintain direct oversight of field personnel, dispatch operations, site supervisors, and ongoing activity across assigned areas. Manage staffing coordination, operational planning, personnel deployment, and emergency response coverage to ensure continuity of operations. Conduct operational audits, field inspections, post review, and personnel performance evaluation's. Provide leadership, mentorship, accountability, and corrective guidance to supervisory and field personnel. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, personnel issues, and operational disruptions requiring leadership involvement. Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail Training & Development Provide ongoing training and professional development to security staff and enhance skills and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations for security personnel, providing feedback and guidance to improve overall team performance. Incident Management & Customer Service Oversee and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution with detailed reports prepared for management review. Maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients, addressing security needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain communication between leadership, dispatch, field personnel, clients, and external partners regarding incidents, staffing changes, and organizational updates. Conduct client meetings, operational walkthroughs , site assessments, and professional follow-up communication. Administrative & Technology Create and manage reports, incident documentation, activity summaries, tracking systems. Maintain oversight of scheduling systems, reporting platforms, personnel tracking systems, and administrative software. Program, manage, and troubleshoot surveillance systems, access control systems, communication systems, and related technologies. Create maps, deployment planning materials, geofencing systems, and site-specific resoures. Develop, revise, and maintain company policies, SOPs, post orders, procedures, and internal documentation. Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts including weekends and holidays while minimizing the impact of overtime on personnel and company costs. Pay:
