Quechan Paradise Casino is seeking a reliable and professional Casino Security Officers to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, and property. The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and committed to excellent customer service while enforcing casino policies and procedures. Apply Today! Under the supervision of the Security Sergeant, responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the Casino's assets, personnel, customers and all patrons during their assigned shift. Maintains confidentiality of all provided information. High School Diploma or GED, and no arrests in the past year except minor traffic violations. Prior security, surveillance or customer service experience preferred. Guard card is a plus. Must be 18 years of age. Must possess a Valid Driver's License. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in. California and Arizona. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified enrolled tribal members.
