Our trained officers protect residential, commercial, and government properties through proactive patrol operations, visible deterrence, access control, and rapid response solutions. We are trusted and tested, ensuring that properties, businesses, and communities remain protected through active patrol presence and detailed reporting. Role Description Trident Protective LLC is seeking professional and dependable Part-Time Armed Mobile Patrol Officers to conduct overnight patrol operations throughout the Colorado Springs area. Officers will perform multiple patrol stops per shift between the core hours of 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM, providing a highly visible security presence for residential communities, commercial properties, construction sites, and client facilities. This position requires officers to operate independently while maintaining professionalism, strong situational awareness, and detailed documentation standards. Officers will conduct scheduled and random patrol checks, respond to suspicious activity, secure properties, complete incident reports, and communicate regularly with supervisors and dispatch. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled mobile patrols at multiple client properties nightly Perform interior and exterior property inspections Check doors, gates, locks, common areas, and high-risk locations Observe and report suspicious activity, trespassing, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns Respond to alarms, disturbances, and client service requests Complete detailed digital patrol and incident reports Maintain a visible deterrent presence through marked patrol operations Utilize radios, mobile applications, and reporting software professionally Enforce client property rules and access control procedures Coordinate with supervisors, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary Maintain patrol vehicle cleanliness and readiness Minimum Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen or naturalization card holder Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to work overnight shifts consistently (11 PM
  • 4 AM) Ability to operate independently and manage multiple patrol assignments Strong report writing and communication skills Professional demeanor with strong integrity and reliability Ability to stand, walk, drive, and patrol for extended periods Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Active Colorado Springs Guard Card (or ability to obtain) Must possess or have access to required duty gear: Duty belt Handcuffs Flashlight OC spray Firearm and retention holster (if armed) Highly Qualified Candidates Prior military, law enforcement, or private security experience Experience conducting mobile patrol operations Experience with report writing and incident documentation Experience in access control, investigations, or emergency response Familiarity with de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution CPR/First Aid certification Bachelor's degree or related education Preferred Traits Self-motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail Calm under pressure Professional appearance and communication Strong time management and route discipline Customer-service oriented mindset
