The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is essential in preventing loss, managing emergencies, and upholding the safety standards of our organization. Pay may vary based on experience• Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches at certain locations. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards or unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid. Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss-prevention strategies and access-control measures. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for all parties involved. Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Skills Proven experience in security, law enforcement, the military, or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems. Excellent conflict management and communication skills. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively. Familiarity with security equipment and technology such as CCTV systems and alarm systems. Demonstrated integrity, vigilance, and attention to detail in safeguarding property and personnel.
