AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, managing front desk access procedures, and following site-specific security-related policies for a professional aerospace and defense location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, and document entry and exit activity in accordance with post orders and client guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Answer phones, assist with directions, support badge and visitor management processes, and report maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns observed at the front desk. Maintain detailed logs, records, and reports related to visitors, deliveries, and security-related incidents, helping to support daily operations and awareness at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
