We are looking for disciplined, dependable security professionals who demonstrate strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Our officers represent the highest standards of professionalism while protecting our clients, their employees, and their property. Successful candidates maintain a calm and confident presence while responding effectively to dynamic situations. Responsibilities Conduct routine foot patrols and property patrols of assigned locations Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems for suspicious activity Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures Respond to incidents and assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation Manage access control and visitor entry procedures Provide escort services when necessary Serve as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency responders Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports Maintain a professional appearance and strong situational awareness at all times Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Night shifts and weekend availability required Opportunities for additional shifts may become available based on operational needs Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Denver Armed Guard Card (required) No felony convictions or Class A/B misdemeanor convictions Legal authorization to work in the United States Must pass a background check and drug screening Must legally own a full-sized duty firearm (9mm, .40, or .45 pistol) Reliable transportation within the Denver Metro Area Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience Experience with incident reporting systems and surveillance equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Training & Professional Development All employees complete Auctus Security's Elite Training Program, designed to prepare agents for real-world security operations.
