Tacon 1 LLC is a fast-growing security and risk management firm providing professional security services throughout the Denver metro area. Our operations support retail security, construction sites, multifamily properties, executive protection operations, corporate security programs, and Fortune 500 clients. We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Armed Security Professionals to join our growing team. Position Overview Tacon 1 is seeking Part-Time Armed/ Unarmed Security Professionals capable of maintaining a professional appearance and strong visible deterrent presence while operating in dynamic environments. This position requires individuals who are dependable, observant, and capable of handling situations professionally while maintaining strong situational awareness and customer service standards. •

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Responsibilities Maintain a professional and visible armed security presence Conduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned properties Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, or disturbances Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports Utilize strong situational awareness and de-escalation techniques Communicate professionally with clients, residents, staff, and the general public Follow all company policies, post orders, and operational procedures Assist with access control and property security operations Requirements Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to successfully complete all required training Must possess strong customer service and communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable licensing requirements Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred Experience with de-escalation and report writing preferred Experience working in retail, multifamily, or high-visibility environments preferred Why Tacon 1 Tacon 1 is focused on building a professional and scalable security operation with strong standards, accountability, and growth opportunities.
