Job Description

Hiring:
Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor Schedule:
Monday-Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM We are currently hiring a flexible and reliable Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Must have an active security guard license Previous security guard experience required Strong customer service skills Must be a team player Must be professional, dependable, and able to communicate well Must be flexible with scheduling and site needs Supervisor experience is preferred but not required
Position Responsibilities:
Supervise security staff on-site Ensure post orders and company policies are followed Maintain a professional presence with residents, staff, visitors, and management Handle reports, incidents, and communication with the office Support the team and help keep the site running smoothly We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and ready to lead by example.
Pay:
$22.00 - $22.50 per hour
