As Needed Position Overview Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Flex Patrol Officer to support multiple sites in the Fort Collins area. This role is coverage-based, so assignments and hours may shift depending on operational needs. The position involves mobile patrol work, reporting, and maintaining a visible presence across different locations. It's a strong fit for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working on their own. Key Responsibilities Operate patrol vehicles to complete assigned routes Conduct interior and exterior patrols at various locations Monitor for safety issues, suspicious activity, or policy violations Maintain a visible presence to discourage unauthorized behavior Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear details Use company systems for reporting and task tracking Communicate updates or concerns with supervisors or dispatch Follow all post orders and company procedures Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license required Access to reliable transportation Ability to safely operate patrol vehicles Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible and changing schedules Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in security, patrol, or similar roles Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Work Environment Mobile patrol role covering multiple sites Combination of driving, walking, and standing Mix of indoor and outdoor assignments depending on location Schedule varies based on staffing and coverage needs Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
