Friday - Sunday | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to support a hospitality-based assignment in Lakewood. This role is centered on camera monitoring and dispatch coordination, helping ensure timely responses to on-site activity while maintaining a steady, controlled environment. This position is a good fit for someone who stays focused for long periods, pays close attention to detail, and can communicate clearly when directing field personnel. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV systems and track activity across the property Identify unusual behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations Dispatch patrol officers to respond to incidents or service calls Maintain communication with on-site staff and security personnel Log events, observations, and incidents with clear, accurate details Support overall site operations by staying alert and organized Follow all post orders, site instructions, and company procedures Minimum Qualifications Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain focused during overnight shifts Reliable attendance and professional conduct Ability to pass background screening Preferred Qualifications Previous CCTV monitoring experience (1+ year preferred) Background in security, dispatch, or related roles Experience coordinating responses or managing radio communication Work Setting Indoor, control-room style environment Extended periods of sitting while monitoring systems Overnight schedule requiring consistent attention and responsiveness Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
