In this vital role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your dedication will help maintain a safe environment while supporting loss prevention efforts and upholding company standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a fast-paced setting that values integrity, attentiveness, and professionalism. Duties Oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats. Control access to buildings and secure areas by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect unauthorized activity or safety hazards. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or other security breaches. Qualifications Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor. Being able to stand for a long period of time Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency responders. Background in military service or security training is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively.
