PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, verifying credentials and/or shipment-related information in accordance with site policies. Support loss prevention and operational continuity by reporting damaged gates, lighting issues, unsecured doors, and/or other conditions that could impact the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. The ability to use a computer and/or tablet comfortably is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
