Security Floater Guaranteed Hours Stamford to New Haven Sign-On Bonus

Orion Protective Services is looking for a reliable and responsible security professional for a flex security officer role to cover calls outs and vacations. Sign -on bonus elegible. Candidate must have reliable transportation to travel from post to post. Your travel area will be between Stamford to New Haven. The floater program will be paid for 20 hours per week to be on standby, as long as you are available to dispatch , but can work up to and will be paid for up to 40 hours or more when needed. Most every week you will have full-time work. Most weeks, you will work full time! Your schedule must be flexible as you will be called out during all three shifts for coverage (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts) Duties will include: When covering posts in general all guards must: Enforce all property rules and policies Observe and report all activity. Greet customers politely and in a friendly manner. Maintain post standing in the front of the store. Assist the Management with any other requests.

Job Requirements:

A valid driver's license in good standing for at least one year. The ability to pass a driver's history check. The ability to receive direct deposit. We pay by direct deposit weekly. The ability to stand for long periods of time. CT Guard Card. Security officer experience, at least one year preferred. The ability to hold post using a personal vehicle.
