In this energetic role, you will leverage your law enforcement background, surveillance expertise, and conflict management skills to maintain a safe environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure security protocols are followed diligently while providing excellent service to visitors and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting where safety is always the top priority. This is a Part Time/Per-Diem Position. Friday & or Saturday Nights. Hours are, 9pm-230am Duties Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches of protocol, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of individuals entering the facility, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with security policies. Manage access control points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry. Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations while maintaining professionalism and safety. Perform loss prevention activities by monitoring for theft or suspicious activity and documenting incidents accurately. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, shift handovers, and CCTV surveillance records. Skills Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on safety and protection. Excellent conflict management abilities combined with calm decision-making under pressure. First aid certification along with CPR training to respond effectively during medical emergencies. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security best practices. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while enforcing rules firmly but fairly. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and working collaboratively with law enforcement agencies.
