Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Secures premises and personnel by checking residential permits, monitoring surveillance equipment, and overseeing access control. Investigate & report security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. (Based on availability, performance, attendance, etc.) Security Officer Qualifications and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Can always stay alert Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments Exceptional Customer Service Skills Ability to multi-task and keep a calm demeanor Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Security experience required Active CT Security License Drivers License preferred Our philosophy: "We service our clients best when we serve our employees first."
