PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to an armed post. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Maintain readiness and professional handling of assigned armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable laws and regulations. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or deliveries as required, and support security-related operations for a busy retail and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

An armed guard card and/or license is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
