Hourly Rate:
$19 per hour
Available Shift Schedules:
Monday
Friday:
4pm-12am.
Professional appearance- clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.
Service-oriented mindset
- polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.
Strong communication skills
- clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
Situational awareness & discretion
- understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.
Reliability & consistency
- dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.
Qualifications
Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
Strong Observational Skills:
The ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
Communication Skills:
communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
Conflict Resolution Skills:
De-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
Customer Service Experience required
Valid CT Guard Card High school diploma or Transcripts
