Summary We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Towne Hall Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff across our restaurant locations in Stamford. Your contributions will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while upholding our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security of guests and staff. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances as they arise. Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate situations effectively. Conduct regular inspections of property to identify potential security risks. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for incident reporting. Requirements Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
