Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe resident, guest, vendor, and/or delivery activity while following property protocols for entry, visitor directions, and incident reporting. Document daily activities, patrol findings, and/or unusual occurrences in required reports and notify appropriate contacts regarding maintenance concerns, policy issues, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
