WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain a professional security presence Conduct patrols and monitor assigned locations Respond to incidents and emergencies Complete incident reports and daily activity logs Enforce safety and security procedures Provide strong customer service while maintaining security awareness De-escalate conflicts professionally Work closely with site management and emergency personnel when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid Delaware Armed Security License / Red Card required Previous armed security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred Strong communication and de-escalation skills Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation required Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
