PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial institution location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel to incidents, alarms, and/or assistance requests. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal personnel as needed. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records, helping to support situational awareness and continuity of operations. Conduct regular and random patrol coordination for the business and perimeter, helping to support coverage needs as working environments and conditions vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be 21+ years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
