Duties Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and property to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes and ensuring safety for all parties involved Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly Implement loss prevention strategies by observing behaviors that may indicate theft or misconduct Skills Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on safety and protection Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to remain calm under pressure Certified in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures Familiarity with security protocols, access control systems, and loss prevention methods Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while enforcing rules firmly Join us as an Armed Security Officer and become a key part of a dedicated team committed to creating a safe environment.
