We are seeking individuals who will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, their guest and the employees of the condominium. A very proactive individual must effectively monitor the premises, manage conflict and respond to emergencies with confidence. Good working conditions, benefits and Pay is commensurate with experience in the work force. Class "D" license required. all shifts, weekends plus payed over time and vacation . Responsibilities Monitor and secure the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety. Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential threats Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
