Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies within a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions, hazards, and unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures. Support emergency response activities by following post orders, communicating with site personnel and/or first responders, and helping maintain orderly operations during changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
