Day Time Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor access in accordance with property policies, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas. Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
