AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies at a residential location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, permissions, and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to management and emergency services when appropriate. Document daily activities, visitor logs, deliveries, and/or security-related incidents with accuracy and professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols around community common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience. Be 21 or more years of age. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Guard card is required. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
