Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at a premier Class A concierge office building. The ideal candidate will provide a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, vendors, and staff while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the high standards of our property.
We are looking for:
Front Desk/ Golf Cart Patrol:
Monday to Friday from 7am to 2pm and Saturday from 7am to 1pmAreas:

33432 Duties Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of all occupants. Control access to the building and verify visitor credentials. Greet tenants and guests in a courteous, professional manner. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and tenant concerns. Conduct routine inspections of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds. Prepare detailed and accurate incident, activity, and maintenance reports. Coordinate with building management, concierge staff, and emergency responders when necessary. Enforce property policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Skills Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. Provided evidence of have served at least 2 years in a responsible full-time security position. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have a valid Class D License; You must have a valid Driver's License.
