Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing our Client with Stationary, Vehicle and Walking Patrols on Site, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure community for our clients, residents, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor Community entrance at guard shack while conducting access control operations, and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises. Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations in a calm and professional manner. Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage to property. Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security issues. Maintain knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant laws. Skills Proficient in surveillance techniques and patrolling techniques. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not required. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, the clients, and the public.
