This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of physical and personnel security, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols, law enforcement collaboration, and emergency response procedures. As a key leader, you will develop policies, manage security personnel, and implement innovative solutions to mitigate risks while fostering a secure organizational culture. Duties Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Lead and manage the security team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of safety and professionalism. Oversee surveillance operations using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect and respond to security incidents promptly. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations to ensure swift resolution. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies. Manage incident reporting processes with detailed documentation such as reports on conflicts, security breaches, or emergencies. Provide first aid and CPR training to staff as needed; respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular audits of security procedures across all facilities. Lead conflict management efforts by mediating disputes and de-escalating tense situations professionally. Skills Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of security operations. Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents accurately and thoroughly. Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV systems, and other monitoring tools. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively. Familiarity with first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response protocols. Background in military or law enforcement service is highly desirable for strategic insight into security operations.
