Responsibilities Monitor entry points and conduct thorough checks to verify guest identities and prevent unauthorized access Enforce venue policies and manage crowd flow to ensure safety and orderliness Conduct surveillance and perform regular visual inspections of the premises Respond promptly and effectively to conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, assisting injured or distressed individuals until professional help arrives Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies Maintain detailed incident reports and security records accurately and promptly Requirements Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Strong surveillance skills and loss prevention techniques Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm, assertive demeanor under pressure Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts Effective communication skills to interact professionally with staff, guests, and emergency personnel Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can enjoy themselves!
