Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the site Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors before granting access Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations with calm and decisive action Enforce facility policies related to safety, loss prevention, and access control Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs Assist in conflict management by de-escalating disputes and maintaining order Requirements Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred Valid certification in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies effectively Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) operation and monitoring techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Background in military or security services is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels secure!
