PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, property rules, and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or public emergency responders when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential and commercial property locations, including common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points. Monitor access to buildings and amenities, observe for unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns, and report security-related issues according to site procedures. Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and support a professional presence that may help to deter unwanted behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
