Unarmed Security Officers

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid and CPR as needed. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or suspicious behavior. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when required. Prepare detailed reports of incidents and observations for management review. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
