REQUIRED DRESS CODE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must: Be at least 21 years of age Possess a valid Florida Driver's License Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License Possess a valid Florida Class G Security License (for armed positions) Have a high school diploma or equivalent Submit a professional resume
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess one or more of the following: Minimum of three (3) years of Armed Security experience Military service experience Law Enforcement experience Corrections experience Strong customer service and communication skills
GOVERNMENT CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: Honorable Military Service (DD-214 Required) Police Academy or Corrections Academy Certification (Certificate Required) Associate Degree or Higher (Minimum 60 College Credits Required) Official documentation must be provided during the hiring process.
EMPLOYMENT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
As a condition of employment, applicants may be required to successfully complete: Background Investigation Drug Screening (where permitted by law) Employment Verification License Verification Industry-Specific Security Training Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Selected candidates may be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service Conducting patrols of assigned properties and perimeters Enforcing site-specific policies and procedures Responding to emergencies and critical incidents Completing detailed reports and documentation Maintaining a professional security presence Assisting with access control and security operations Working effectively in high-volume public environments
