The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and loss prevention while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Document all incidents accurately in reports for record-keeping and analysis. Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in conflict management is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations. Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
