Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, protecting property and personnel, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises. This role requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and patrons to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and gather evidence if required. Enforce rules and regulations, addressing any violations with professionalism and authority. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Participate in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential issues effectively. Requirements . Experience in loss prevention or surveillance roles is advantageous. Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring techniques. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A background in military service or law enforcement is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
