Job Description

This is a full-time position with Paid Time Off, as well as Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options available. Availability to work nights and weekends is a requirement. We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a must. This full-time position pays $65,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Observe and Patrol
  • Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard
  • scheduling and training your team to do the same. Loss Prevention
  • Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property. Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage. Record
  • Preparing Activity Reports that include the name of the guard, areas patrolled, and a summary of events Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages. Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, guests, and delivery personnel. Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies. Other
  • Payroll and other responsibilities as assigned.
